Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at Alam Boutique Villa. The population and sample in this study were all 33 employees of Alam Boutique Villa. Data collection was conducted using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Alam Boutique Villa, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Alam Boutique Villa. The work environment and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Alam Boutique Villa..
