About the Journal

HUMANIS–JHTM is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal that publishes empirical research articles, case studies, and conceptual studies in the social-humanities, tourism, and management fields. The journal bridges theory and practice, emphasizing scientific integrity, applicability of results, and social impact. Manuscripts are published in Indonesian or English. The journal is published four time a year: March, June, September and December.

  • Tourism & Hospitality: destination management, tourism marketing, tourist behavior, ecotourism, smart tourism, sustainability, MICE, hotel management.

  • Management & Business: strategic management, human resources, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, innovation & digital transformation, organizational & service management.

Types of articles: research articles, best practices, industry case studies, systematic literature reviews, conceptual papers, policy briefs (by invitation).
